So much excitment at our house. Dad and David are in China, Vietnam, and Cambodia for several weeks, thus allowing me full run of the house and schedule. So I went to a school close out sale and bought an entire computer center desk that wraps around two corners (for $30) which is something this MoM has been wanting for several years. Thanks to Daniel (now 15) the desk were reassymbled and put in their proper places. Now the two computers are off a cheesy folding table and in proper postion on their new desk. Also, thanks to Daniel who did all the wiring and rehook up of the machines. Now that rearranging has begun, the rest of the house was fair game. Living room has changed, along with the dining room section...what next???
Oh I also got a computer table for free for the apartment (college kids).
Well, sleeping is not going as well as I would like. There is the 3 am wake up and then this morning the 5 am wake up to help Rebecca find the keys in her purse to go to swimming. I wonder about her...maybe the cold morning air has damaged her capacity to think, but it seems to have hardened her desire to swim....and improve. Guess it a good trade off. So if I now run back to bed, I can catch a few more min.......night/morning night???

Summer plans ...summer scams....
Vacations...where MoM does more work than at home?
Kids don't do school.....school of hard knocks in session?
It doesn't rain in CA....talk to the clouds, will ya!
A time of rest....it takes more time to plan the garden and day to day activities than to do a semester of school
A day at the park.....kids will be kids especially at the park!
Poison oak, nature hike, building forts in the woods, doctors visits for broken or almost broken limbs, bike rides, scuffed knees, beach trips, sunburns, swimming lessons, see I didn't even get my head wet, kids home from college, huge food bills, MoM I really need this, money gone, life goes on.......
Yeah summer is here!!!!
