Happy New Years

Happy New Years to All!! It is hard to believe that another year is gone...Yet, when I look back on all that has been done, it was a good year. Mostly because I had an absolutely free of heart surgeries, and most pain year. It is amazing that the older we get...(no comments) the happier we are that our bodies keep functioning. You young who read this laugh, but...your time will come and sooner than you think.
It has been said that what you do on New Years Day, you will find yourself doing more of the same during the year. We shall see, but so far it is probably true. Larry is gone, I watched movies so far, and am playing with my computer. Of course there is always dishes, meals, children, animals, and a house to take care of. The only thing that has happened so far today that won't happen often is that I slept in. It is quite the challenge to think ahead and figure out how to use the next 365 days ahead wisely. Most of life is just a action, reaction, and more reaction to what is going on around us.
I gave up on New Years resolutions years ago...seems they just became goals or wishes that went by the wayside....or someone got in the way of my desires...then there was hurt and anger.....who needs it. Besides after all these years, I am living proof, that God allows stuff to happen and he alone gives us strength to get through it, therefore he alone should get the glory when anything goes right in our lives! Just a thought.
I am excited by the anticipation of the new people I will meet this next year... It is so cool the different people I got to know this last year....this internet, blog, world is wonderful. It makes our world so little, yet so big. So over this internet....May God bless you and keep you, may his face shine upon you, may he alone provide the strength for another year, and may we always give thanks to him who made us and loved us and sent his son for us. In His name Happy New Years!.
